PAYMENT
You may pay by cheque (please make cheque payable to The Buffer Stop Shop). Cheque payments are subject to an additional 50p surcharge due to handling expenses. Credit/Debit cards are accepted through our Merchant, PayPal. Postal Orders can be accepted by making them payable to The Buffer Stop Shop. Cash can be accepted at your own risk. The Buffer Stop Shop will accept no responsibility for any monies lost.

PLACING AN ORDER
Browse the site and when you have chosen the products you would like to purchase, simply click add to basket. When you have finished shopping, click the basket icon to view your selection. Choose your delivery preference and proceed to checkout. On this secure page, you will be asked for your name, delivery address and payment details. Then it's over to us. We'll send you an email to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We are also happy to take your order by post, just fill in our order form and post.

DELIVERIES & RETURNS
Stock is subject to availability, if stock is available you will be notified via email/phone. Items purchased will be dispatched within 5 working days however delays are occasionally inevitable, which is out of our control. Overseas delivery may take up to 2 weeks. Items purchased by cheque will be dispatched once payment has cleared. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any image fade on mugs even though the mugs are dishwasher safe some detergants have more bleech in them which could case colour deteriation.

If you are unhappy with your goods, we will offer you a refund or an exchange up to 7 days after your purchase. Just send your item back to us in its original condition and in the packaging you received the item in, letting us know if you would prefer a refund or exchange, and also make sure to include your name and address.

We reserve the right to change our pricing & delivery structure at any time. We are a UK company, all prices are in UK Pounds (£), the actual amount billed to your credit/debit card will be converted to your own currency by your own bank at the prevailing market rate(s). The only acceptable payment method for overseas customers is via our Merchant, PayPal on a debit/credit card.

POSTAGE UK
Postage will be charged at a standard rate per item and will be advertised with the said items.

POSTAGE OVERSEAS
Delivery charges for overseas items will be at a minimum of £2.50 per order depending on weight of items. We reserve the right to charge the correct postage & packaging price should an incorrect option be chosen while filling in our checkout procedure.

ITEMS LOST IN POST
We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the postal system, we obtain proof of postage for every item sent. We will after 14 days after dispatch date contact royal Mail customer services to report the item lost and lodge a claim. Once this has been recieved we will refund you.
